Why Roles Matter

Assigning the correct role ensures that sensitive settings (like log and machinery management) are restricted to authorized personnel, while technicians have exactly the tools they need to perform their jobs without distraction or risk of accidental data loss.

Level 1 (Highest)

Company Owner

Highest level of administrative control. Responsible for the entire company account.

  • Manage Company Settings
  • Invite & Remove Employees
  • Assign & Change Roles
  • Full Access to All Features
Level 2

Manager

Operational oversight for teams and machinery.

  • Manage Employees (excluding Owners)
  • Add & Edit Machinery
  • View All Team Performance Metrics
  • Cannot Change Roles
Level 3

Senior Technician

Experienced technical lead with enhanced logging capabilities.

  • All Which Junior Technician Can Do
  • Create & Verify Maintenance Logs
  • Add Machinery (if permitted)
  • Mentor Junior Technicians
Level 4

Junior Technician

Entry-level role focused on executing and logging basic tasks.

  • View All Machinery Data
  • Read Standard Maintenance Logs
  • Read-Only Access to Historical Data
  • Like and give comment on logs
